To submit papers to ISGE & SBE JOINT MEETING – SBE’s 1st Brazilian Congress of Endometriosis and Gynecologic Endoscopy, you have to register to the congress.

When you finish your registration, you will have access to a restricted area. To access it, you have to inform your login and password (recorded previously, when you made your registration) and click on the option “submit paper”.

The person representing the group that will present the approved paper, who can be the author or co-author, must have paid the registration fee beforehand.


	SBE & ISGE Joint Meeting Instructions for Abstract Submission • Abstract submission deadline is August 20, 2009, 11:59 pm Brasília time. • Indicate the preferred form of presentation: oral paper presentation, poster presentation or video presentation. • Only videos uploaded to the online abstract submission program will be considered for judging, acceptance and presentation. • Productions must not be longer than 8 minutes. The video file size can not exceed 500 MB. The preferred format is MPEG4 such as .WMV and MP4. Productions must play in one of the following video players: Windows Media Player®, RealPlayer® or QuickTime Player®. • Abstracts should not exceed 3500 characters (spaces included). • Type the abstract title, followed by name(s) of author(s) preceded by initials: omit titles, degrees, etc.; • Maximum 6 authors are allowed per abstract. • Restrict to one correspondence address only. • Main text should include objective, methods, results, conclusion, financial support and disclosure. • Tables and figures are allowed but the text should be shortened to compensate for the space used by illustrations; diagrams and footnotes should be avoided. • Authors will be notified about the final decision by August 31, 2009 and, in the case of acceptance, will also be informed of time, date and allocation of presentation. • Submission of an abstract implies registration for the full conference, and acceptance of the final decision about method and allocation of presentation by the Scientific Secretariat.
